Roofing

Roofing is one of the most demanding applications for any material. It must withstand the effects of sunlight, rain, hail, snow, wind, and the deposition of dust and contaminants more than any other part of a building. Above all it must be light in weight and exhibit structural resistance.
Due to these requirements, aluminium has become a vital solution for roofing applications. Aluminium roofs are durable, light, energy-efficient, and allow a high number of finishes including colour and visual effects.
Aluminium can be combined with other materials (such as bitumen coatings) to give a structure even more protection. It’s also an affordable material when the entire lifecycle of the roof is taken into account. Aluminium does not warp, crack or burn, is extremely corrosion resistant, and will not rust.
Aludium supplies aluminium alloys suitable for roofing applications in ready to use condition or for final transformation. We offer a complete range of aluminium alloys in any temper.
