Aludium France wins the Ecovadis Gold Medal again and improves its score

This result places Aludium in the 96th percentile, ranking us among the top 5 per cent of companies rated by EcoVadis. This achievement reflects the collective effort made to structure, strengthen and implement our approach to corporate social responsibility on a day-to-day basis.

This result is based, above all, on significant work behind the scenes. This improvement is not the result of a one-off initiative. It reflects the ongoing efforts across the four key pillars assessed by EcoVadis: the environment, human rights and working conditions, ethics, and responsible procurement.

• The structuring and updating of our CSR policies and procedures.
• Strengthening our awareness-raising initiatives, particularly with regard to ethics, human rights, compliance and environmental issues.
• Improved monitoring of the actions undertaken and the consolidation of evidence demonstrating their implementation.
• Getting staff involved, which is essential for transforming written commitments into concrete actions.
• A process of continuous improvement, involving the regular analysis of our results and the identification of new areas for improvement.

A recognition, but above all a starting point

This Gold medal is a welcome recognition of how far we have come, but it also reminds us that CSR performance is built over time. Our current goal is to consolidate the progress we have made, improve the reporting and monitoring of our actions, and continue to provide concrete evidence of how we are putting our commitments into practice on a day-to-day basis.

Our next step is to maintain this high standard while continuing to make progress in areas in which there is still room for improvement.
