One of the company’s strategic aims is to comply with the most demanding and prestigious standards for sustainability and business excellence in our sector, as an integral part of our sustainable and innovative performance. In line with this commitment, the Aludium plants in Alicante and Amorebieta have renewed their certifications from the Aluminium Stewardship Initiative (ASI): ASI Performance Standard and ASI Chain of Custody Standard. Both plants have held ASI Performance Standard certification since December 2019 and ASI Chain of Custody (CoC) since January 2023.
All our Aludium plants hold both certificates. The ASI standards are among the most rigorous of all materials certification programs and cover every aspect of aluminium production. ASI CoC certification guarantees that each stage of aluminium production fulfills the highest ESG standards.
