  1. To Whom Do We Disclose Your Data?

We inform you that your personal data may be disclosed to public bodies and government authorities when ALUDIUM has a legal obligation to do so.

No international data transfers are planned.

  1. How Long Will We Retain Your Data?

In general, personal data will be retained as long as it remains necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and until you revoke your consent for processing or request its deletion at an earlier time. Data will also be kept for any additional period required to comply with the legal obligations that ALUDIUM must observe.

We also inform you that ALUDIUM has established internal data retention policies designed to control the retention periods of personal data in its possession. Therefore, your data may be deleted when it is no longer necessary and/or relevant for the purpose for which it was collected.

In Particular, the Following Is Noted:

  • For managing information provided through the internal reporting channel accessible via the WEBSITE, your data will be retained for a maximum period of 3 months, without prejudice to its retention for the corresponding investigation, should it need to be initiated. This retention will be governed by the provisions outlined in the specific privacy policy available on the internal reporting channel.

  • Regarding the video surveillance system installed at our facilities, the images captured will be deleted within a maximum period of one month.
