Aludium has signed a five-year agreement with Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) for rolling slabs. The slabs are used to create Aludium’s plate, sheet, and foil products which are used in industries from automotive to printing and packaging. EGA has supplied Aludium since 2017.
Under the deal, Aludium will receive high-quality rolling slabs from EGA. The smelter has a secure and long-term energy and raw material base.
The agreement was signed at EGA’s Al Taweelah site in Abu Dhabi (UAE) between Aludium’s Chief Executive Officer Arnaud De Weert, and by EGA’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Abdulla Kalban.
