Aludium takes part, for a further year, in Bilbao’s School of Engineering’s Employment and Business Presentation Day 2024

February 22, 2024. More than five hundred engineering students and more than a hundred companies linked up last Thursday, 15 February, at the 2024 Employment and Business Presentation Conference, organised by the Bilbao School of Engineering UPV/EHU. Aludium took part, for another year, in this job fair in order to publicise the aluminium transformation process, its corporate policy and the employment and professional opportunities that the company can offer the youngest talent in the Basque province of Vizcaya.

This encounter, which has become a benchmark within the engineering sector in the Basque Country, took place from 9:30 to 15:00 at the San Mamés stadium. Aludium is an active part of the educational communities in the provinces in which it is based, and it has cooperation agreements with numerous training institutions in order to increase its positive impact in these regions, either through creating stable and quality employment or forging alliances and collaborations with third sector entities. Inclusive, fair, and egalitarian growth is part of Aludium’s social sustainability strategy.

HR Team Members from the Amorebieta plant shared the company’s mission and values with the young attendees visiting its stand. For the company, the experience has been enriching and highly motivating and feedback from the interviewees has been, as in previous years, very positive. We will continue to reach out to the youngest talent to discover the best.
