December 11, 2024. After setting our 2030 sustainability goals in March, one of which focuses on promoting real and effective equal opportunities between men and women within the company to reduce the gender gap, Aludium is pleased to announce an important step toward achieving this goal: the approval and registration of our Equality Plan.
Our commitment to becoming a leader in gender equality, both within our sector and in the communities we serve, has been further strengthened by this significant milestone. The newly approved Equality Plan replaces the previous one and is now available on the company’s website.
The Equality Plan, which will be implemented across our Alicante and Amorebieta locations, is designed to guide our efforts for the next four years. The plan will be fully executed by the end of 2028, with concrete targets and measures to be developed and followed throughout this period.
Through this plan, Aludium reaffirms its dedication to fostering gender equality, ensuring a workplace free from gender discrimination, and creating a more inclusive and egalitarian environment for all of our employees.
