December 20, 2024. The year’s most anxiously awaited holidays are approaching, the time of year when we make our best wishes for the year to come and give thanks for the good things from the year that is coming to a close. During this season, the greatest gift is to celebrate with our loved ones, and the most precious thing we can wish for is health. Health for everyone, leaving nobody behind, and health for our planet.
Responsible action
This year we’ve progressed significantly in our responsible action, including the publication of sustainability goals for 2030, the approval of the Equality Plan for Women and Men in the company, the organization of Safety Week and the 1st Sustainability Week, and the start of the second leadership training program ‘Aludium Talent Academy’. In terms of the goals that were achieved, we developed innovative new products and alloys with low carbon emissions under our innovative Aludium ECO brand.
None of these milestones would have been possible without the talent, motivation and passion of our workforce and without the ongoing collaboration and trust of our customers and our other stakeholders. These steps have made us even more sustainable, and we are convinced that this dialog and the cooperation of all the parties involved is accelerating our progress towards a better world.
Message of solidarity
This Christmas season, as has become tradition, we are giving charitable gifts. We at Aludium have decided to donate the budget allocated for the holiday gifts for our customers to the Spanish Cancer Association (AECC), so that we can all contribute to give the best gift of all: research and support for patients with this disease. And as is tradition, we wanted to welcome Christmas with the creativity of the boys and girls of Aludium. This year, two girls were selected as the winners of the children’s Christmas card drawing contest for the children of our employees.

150 euro donation to the association Pequeño Deseo.
Aludium would like to thank the boys and girls who took part in the contest for the exceptional quality and creativity of the drawings. The prize money, 150 euros in each category, was donated to the associations selected by the winners, Pequeño Deseo and Juegoterapia. Once again, thank you for accompanying us on our path and for being a part of a new and special year that brings to a close the first quarter of this century.
