February 29, 2024. 2023 was another important year in Aludium’s journey as an industrial company focused on high quality aluminium rolled products with major steps towards our long-term commitments to Sustainability. On behalf of the Aludium team, I am exciting to share with you the annual update which will enable you to get a full picture from our actions, our results, and all the new targets and projects we are developing.
Jointly with our new shareholder, Jupiter Aluminum Corporation (JAC), Aludium remains strongly committed to continuously improve our ESG impact through our two main Sustainability Pillars: People & Community, and Climate Transition. In this report, you will see samples of the actions and updates, including our lowest-ever company carbon footprint performance, and the installation of new recycling assets in Alicante.
As always, Sustainability is a mission that we develop in collaboration with and for our customers, suppliers, & communities, and we are most proud of the positive examples of collaboration taking place in 2023, especially with the launch of our certified low-carbon brand Aludium Eco and the work we have developed in our young talent with the Aludium Talent Academy program.
Sustainability is a journey and thanks to the effort of the entire company and partners we are navigating in the right direction.
