Aludium wishes to everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Christmas is a feeling full of desires. Love, hope, health, happiness… Those desires are wishes that are converted into action through a smile, our work or a gift. “2020 has been a difficult year, during which we have brought the best version of ourselves. Thank you for the relentless enthusiasm and commitment shown by the entire team,” says Lionel Chapis, CEO of Aludium. “We say goodbye to a year that has made us humble and patient and we welcome a year full of hope and new challenges”, he adds.

Christmas is a time of tradition and sharing moments with the people we care about. Therefore, from Aludium we want to congratulate this special time with the winning drawings of the Christmas card contest that we make every year in the company, forour employee’s children. It is time to get together and to reward the wishes, creativity and enthusiasm of our loved ones.

The awarded postcards are shown in the news and the winners are:

    – In the category from 0 to 5 years old, Maialen Alburquerque, 4, in Amorebieta.

    – In the category from 6 to 11 years old, Marta Mainez Santa, 9, in Alicante.

The price in each category has been donated to a local NGO. The prize of Maialen Alburquerque, in Amorebieta, has been destined to ASMUN – ASOCIACIÓN SOLIDARIOS POR EL MUNDO, an NGO created with the sole intention of welcoming all persons or entities that feel solidarity or that identify with the word Solidarity. The award given to Marta Mainez Santa, in Alicante, has been assigned to the Isabela Association, whose mission is to fight for the rights, physical and emotional well-being of minors belonging to homes that have been broken up by any kind of violence.

Lionel Chapis, CEO of Aludium, on behalf of the whole team wants to show his gratitude to all the participants of the contest. “The true lights of Christmas are the children and from Aludium we will continue to work hard to build a better future for them. Changes are constant and we need to permanently adapt to the environment. How we do things, how we work together is the key to a more sustainable future”, concludes the person in charge.
